When using our Services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our Services
• Respect intellectual property rights of KeddyTech and third parties
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws when using our bulk mailing services
• Not use our Services to send unsolicited or unauthorized communications

Our bulk mailing platform is subject to additional terms:

• You must obtain proper consent before sending emails to recipients
• All emails must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other applicable regulations
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate anti-spam policies
• Email delivery rates are not guaranteed due to external factors
• You are responsible for maintaining clean email lists and managing bounces
• We may monitor email content to ensure compliance with our policies
• Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal activities, adult content, gambling, pharmaceuticals without proper licensing

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KeddyTech and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in separate project agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions, while KeddyTech retains rights to underlying frameworks and methodologies.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our data handling practices include:

• Collection of data necessary for service provision only
• Implementation of industry-standard security measures
• Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws
• No sharing of personal data with third parties without consent

• Custom development projects require 50% advance payment
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

In no event shall KeddyTech, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to KeddyTech in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where KeddyTech is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.
